Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus and a clip for fixing a structure over a ship, which can stably fix a structure on a ship and effectively use the space of the ship. According to one aspect of the present invention, the apparatus for fixing a structure over a ship comprises: a grillage supporting a post plate to fix a structure including a post and the post plate supporting the post on a ship, and fixed on the ship; and a plurality of clips coupling the grillage and the post plate.
