The harbor facility displacement measuring apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a base unit (100) disposed on the horizontal surface (10); an extension unit (200) extended from the base unit (100) to face the vertical wall (20); and a distance measurement element (300) which is movable along a longitudinal direction of the extension unit (200) and measures a distance to the vertical wall (20).
