Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a low-profile vertical injection molding machine. The present invention relates to a low-profile vertical injection molding machine, in which a plurality of clamping cylinders for providing a clamping force to a mold are installed inside a main body, pistons are coupled to lower ends of a plurality of tie bars configured to move vertically together with an upper movable plate according to a lifting/lowering action of a lifting/lowering cylinder configured to open and close the mold, and a cylinder is installed in a lower portion of the pistons such that a lower end of the tie bar and the piston are inserted into the cylinder to move vertically, so that the tie bars are stably fixed by the upper movable plate, a lower fixing plate, and the clamping cylinders, and thus it is unnecessary to install an additional structure for fixing the tie bar on an upper portion of the upper movable plate, resulting in fundamentally preventing negligent accidents such as pinching accidents. In addition, the lower ends of the tie bars configured to move vertically together with the upper movable plate are inserted into the clamping cylinders, and an operation of sucking or discharging a hydraulic oil into or from the clamping cylinder is automatically performed according to a lifting/lowering action of the tie bar, so that heights of the clamping cylinder and the main body are reduced to reduce a working height (h), and thus workability is improved, and a structure of a device is simplified. 본 발명은 저상형 수직사출기를 개시한다. 본 발명은, 금형에 형체력을 제공하는 다수의 형체실린더를 본체의 내부에 설치하고, 금형을 개폐하는 승강실린더의 승강 작용에 따라 상부가동판과 함께 상하로 이동하는 다수의 타이바의 하단에 피스톤을 결합하고, 그 하부에 타이바의 하단부와 피스톤이 삽입되어 상하로 이동하도록 실린더를 설치함으로써, 다수의 타이바가 상부가동판과 하부고정판 및 다수의 형체실린더에 의해 안정적으로 고정되므로 상부가동판의 상부에 타이바를 고정하기 위한 추가적인 구조물을 설치할 필요가 없게 되므로 끼임 사고와 같은 안전사고를 근본적으로 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상부가동판과 함께 상하로 이동하는 다수의 타이바의 하단부가 형체실린더의 내부로 삽입되도록 하고, 타이바의 승강 작용에 따라 형체실린더의 내부로 유압유가 흡입되거나 배출되는 동작이 자동으로 수행되게 함으로써, 형체실린더 및 본체의 높이를 줄여서 작업높이(h)를 낮춰서 작업성을 좋게 하고 장치의 구조를 단순하게 하는 저상형 수직사출기에 관한 것이다.
