The present invention relates to a research fund management system, wherein every service is provided to manage a research fund related to a research topic, comprising: a terminal for communicating with a management server through wired and wireless networks and connected to the management server to manage a research fund related to a research topic; and a management server, which is a server for providing every service for managing a research fund related to a research topic to the connected terminal, providing the functions of managing the budget of the research fund, registering a received research fund, managing records related to the execution of the research fund, managing card usage history related to the research fund and managing the overhead costs of an agency implementing the research topic, to the terminal.
