Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sectional repair mortar using plastic waste to prevent strength decrease of mortar and a sectional repair mortar manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a pulverization process of pulverizing plastic waste composed of a mixture of one or more plastic materials; a mixing process of mixing inorganic additives in a predetermined ratio with pulverized plastic waste; a thermal injection process of putting the plastic waste and the inorganic additives into a screw extruder to perform extrusion and stirring, wherein heating is performed during stirring so that a mixed aggregate having a density in a range of 0.75 to 0.85 g/cm^3 is formed; a recycled aggregate forming process of cutting the extruded mixed aggregate to form a recycled aggregate in an elongated chip shape; and a recycled aggregate mixing process of mixing 9 to 11 wt% of recycled aggregate, 38 to 40 wt% of natural aggregate, 47 wt% of cement, and 4 wt% of additives with water.
본 발명은 하나 이상의 플라스틱 소재가 혼합되어 구성된 플라스틱 폐기물을 분쇄하는 분쇄 과정, 분쇄된 플라스틱 폐기물에 무기 첨가제를 일정 비율로 배합하는 혼합 과정, 플라스틱 폐기물과 무기 첨가제를 스크류 사출기에 투입하여 압출 및 교반이 이루어지고, 교반 시 가열을 수행하여 0.75~0.85 g/㎤ 범위의 밀도를 가지는 혼합 골재를 형성하는 열가공 사출 과정, 사출된 혼합 골재를 절단하여 세장(細長) 칩 형태의 재생 골재를 형성하는 재생 골재 형성 과정, 재생 골재 9~11wt%에 천연 골재 38~40wt%, 시멘트 47wt%, 첨가제 4wt%에 물을 배합하는 재생 골재 배합 과정으로 이루어지는 플라스틱 폐기물을 이용한 단면 보수용 모르타르의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
