Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to elastically foldable blades for an aerogenerator and, more specifically, to elastically foldable blades for an aerogenerator, which can be folded forward by elastic wires if a strong wind such as a typhoon blows from the rear while generating electricity by rotating at normal wind speed, can be folded forward, respectively, according to wind pressure acting on each blade without separate pitch control even in a super strong wind such as a typhoon, and can be elastically restored to the rear by elasticity if the wind pressure applied to the blade decreases, thereby prevent damage to the blade and reducing the load on the aerogenerator and the fatigue of the blade. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, blades for an aerogenerator, which are provided in the aerogenerator and drive the aerogenerator through the rotating power of a power transmission device when rotated by wind power, comprise: a vertical rotating shaft formed vertically; a plurality of fixing rods connected in a direction horizontal to the vertical rotating shaft; rotating and folding parts having a rod-shaped support shaft of a length which has hinge portions protruding from one side of a central portion thereof in a height direction and connected to an end of the fixing rod by a shaft pin so that the support shaft rotates with the shaft pin as the axis thereof, a blade formed to protrude from the other side of the support shaft, and a locking portion provided on the hinge portions to prevent the blade from being folded to the rear; and elastic wires which have a spring portion formed to have a length and elasticity in a section and have both ends fixed to the rear surface of the blade of each of the rotating and folding parts symmetrically provided around the vertical rotating shaft so that the blades of the rotating and folding parts are unfolded toward both sides.
본 발명은 탄성 접이식 풍력발전기용 날개에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 일반적인 풍속에서 회전하여 발전이 가능하면서도 블레이드가 후방에서 태풍과 같은 강풍이 불어오면 탄성 와이어에 의하여 전방으로 젖혀질수 있도록 하여, 태풍과 같은 초강풍에도 별도의 피치 제어 없이 각 블레이드에 미치는 풍압에 따라 각각 따로 블레이드가 전방으로 젖혀지고 블레이드에 가해지는 풍압이 감소하면 탄성에 의하여 자동으로 후방으로 탄성 복원되도록 함으로써, 날개의 손상을 방지하고 풍력발전기에 걸리는 하중과 블레이드에 걸리는 피로도를 줄일 수 있는 탄성 접이식 풍력발전기용 날개에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 풍력발전장치에 제공되고, 풍력에 의해 회전시 그 회전력을 동력전달장치를 통해 발전기를 가동시키는 풍력발전기의 날개에 있어서, 수직으로 형성되는 수직 회전축과; 수직 회전축에서 수평방향으로 연결되는 복수의 고정봉과; 높이방향 중앙부의 일측에 힌지부가 돌출하여 구성되고 고정봉의 단부가 힌지부와 축핀으로 연결되어 축핀을 축으로 회전하도록 구성되는 일정 길이의 봉 형상의 지지축과, 지지축에서 타측으로 돌출되어 형성되는 블레이드와, 블레 |
