The pathogen detection method according to the present invention can quickly and sensitively detect a target pathogen gene without a separate gene separation and amplification step, and can provide rapid diagnostic information through excellent specificity and rapidity. 본 발명은 CRISPR/dCas9을 이용한 표면증강라만산란 기반 병원균 검출법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 병원균 검출 방법은 별도의 유전자 분리 및 증폭 단계 없이 신속하고 민감하게 표적 병원균의 유전자를 검출할 수 있고, 우수한 특이성 및 신속성을 통하여 빠른 진단 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
