Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a sound insulation tile manufacturing process comprising: a compound generating step of mixing and stirring set raw materials to generate a compound corresponding to each layer of a sound insulation tile; a layer generating step of extruding and rolling the compound through an extrusion unit and a rolling unit to generate each layer; a plywood forming step of continuously bonding each layer along a plurality of bonding units to form plywood; a surface processing step of sequentially processing the pattern and UV coating on the surface of the plywood; a cold and hot processing step of sequentially passing the plywood through a water bath of various temperatures and performing cold and hot processing; a cutting processing step of producing a finished product that is obtained by cutting the plywood according to product specifications; and a final step of performing logistics processing such as inspection, packaging, shipment, and the like of the finished product. During the process, the temperature of the overheated plywood can be sequentially lowered through the cold and hot processing step of sequentially passing hot, medium, and cold water to minimize thermal deformation due to rapid thermal change. 본 발명은 차음타일 제조공정에 관한 것으로, 설정된 원료를 배합 및 교반하여 차음타일의 각 레이어에 해당하는 배합물을 생성하는 배합물생성단계와; 압출유닛 및 압연유닛을 통해 배합물을 압출 및 압연하여 각 레이어를 생성하는 레이어생성단계와; 복수의 접합유닛을 따라 각 레이어를 연속적으로 접합하여 합판을 형성하는 합판형성단계와; 상기 합판의 표면에 무늬, UV코팅을 순차적으로 처리하는 표면처리단계와; 다양한 온도의 수조에 상기 합판을 순차적으로 통과시켜 냉온처리하는 냉온처리단계와; 상기 합판을 제품 사양에 맞게 절단하는 완제품을 생산하는 절단처리단계와; 상기 완제품을 검사, 포장, 출하 등 물류처리하는 최종단계를 포함하여 구성 중 온탕, 중탕, 냉탕을 순차적으로 통과하는 냉온처리단계를 통해 제조과정에서 과열된 합판에 대해 온도를 순차적으로 낮추어 급격한 열변화에 따른 열 변형을 최소화할 수 있는 차음타일 제조공정에 관한 것이다.
