Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a manhole repair apparatus using an expansion packer and a manhole repair and reinforcement method using the same that can repair and reinforce the inner side of a manhole after quickly repairing a connecting pipe without excavating to expose the connecting pipe, when the concrete manhole and the connecting pipe (such as sewage or storm water pipe) buried in the ground become defective over time and need to be repaired. 지중에 매립 시공된 콘크리트 맨홀과 연결관(오수 또는 우수관등)이 시간이 경과 함에 따라 하자가 발생하여 보수할 필요가 있을경우, 연결관 노출을 위한 굴착작업 없이 연결관을 신속하게 보수한 후, 맨홀 내측면도 함께 보수 보강 할 수 있는 팽창패커를 이용한 맨홀보수장치 및 이를 이용한 맨홀 보수 보강방법이 개시된다.
