Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for starting a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, and a system for selecting the thickness of a lead-in line and the length of an allowable line of a motor. The method of the present invention includes line-start, Y-Δ start, and reactor start. However, in case of the line-start which is the most severe and expects starting current to flow up to 8 times rated current, the length of a cable should be limited to allow voltage drop that directly affects the thickness of a lead-in line and the starting of an induction motor, capable of the most economical and safe starting to be within -10% of the rated voltage set as the limit of an operating voltage of the induction motor in the KS standard. Also, the cable should be safe even at a maximum short-circuit current in accordance with power supply capacity at the same. Therefore, the system for selecting the thickness of a lead-in line and the length of an allowable line of a motor is provided to satisfy aforementioned conditions. Accordingly, when starting is safely performed under the conditions, the safe starting is secured under even other starting conditions.
본 발명은 3상 농형유도전동기의 기동 방법에는 ① 직입 기동, ② Y-Δ 기동, ③ reactor 기동 등이 있으나 그중 가장 가혹하여 기동전류가 정격 전류의 8배까지 흐를 것이 예상되는 직입기동 시 가장 경제적이고 안전한 기동이 가능한 인입 선로의 굵기와 유도전동기의 기동에 직접 영향을 주는 전압 강하를 KS규격에서 유도전동기의 운전 전압의 한계로 정한 정격전압의 (-10%) 이내로 하기 위해서는 케이블의 길이가 제한되어야 하고, 동시에 전원 용량에 따른 최대단락 전류에서도 케이블이 안전하여야 하므로 이와 같은 조건을 만족하기 위한 전동기 인입 선로의굵기와 허용 선로의 길이를 선정을 위한 시스템에 관한 것으로 이 조건에서 안전하게 기동 되면 다른 기동 조건에서도 안전한 기동이 보장된다. |
