Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to: a rapid hardening cement composition for road pavement comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 1 to 10 parts by weight of fly ash, 10 to 30 parts by weight of gypsum, 1 to 10 parts by weight of blast furnace slag, 0.03 to 5 parts by weight of a retardant, 0.03 to 5 parts by weight of a curing accelerator, and 0.03 to 5 parts by weight of an admixture; and a construction method using the composition. The rapid hardening cement composition for road pavement according to the present invention exhibits stable initial strength and long-term strength quickly after road pavement construction, as well as has excellent resistance to salt damage and freeze-thaw to satisfy physical properties required by existing roads.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 플라이애쉬 1 내지 10중량부; 석고 10 내지 30중량부; 고로슬래그 1 내지 10중량부; 지연제 0.03 내지 5중량부; 경화촉진제 0.03 내지 5중량부; 및 혼화제 0.03 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 도로 포장용 초속경 시멘트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 도로 포장용 초속경 시멘트 조성물은 도로 포장 시공 후 신속하게 안정적인 초기강도 및 장기 강도를 발현할 뿐만 아니라 염해 및 동결융해에 대한 저항성이 우수하여 기존 도로에서 요구하는 물리적 특성을 만족할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. |
