Zusammenfassung:Provided are an electronic device and an operating method thereof which receive a message related to a command or request for a secondary user (SU), check whether the message is urgent, and communicate with the secondary user in a contention-based manner competing with a primary user (PU) if a check result message is an urgent message. 2차 사용자(Secondary User, SU)에 대한 명령 또는 요청에 관련된 메시지를 수신하고, 메시지의 긴급 여부를 확인하고, 확인 결과 메시지가 긴급 메시지인 경우, 1차 사용자(Primary User, PU)와 경쟁하는 경쟁-기반(contention-based) 방식으로 2차 사용자와 통신하는 전자 장치 및 그의 동작 방법을 제공한다.
