According to the present invention a portable item-attached virus prevention sticker (200), which is attached to a portable item, and attached to a region that is mainly gripped by a user on one side surface of the portable item, includes: a fabric (210) having a front surface coated with an adhesive (211) and formed of a PVC or PET material; a color printing layer (220) formed by printing various character shapes on a rear surface of the fabric (210); and a chlorine dioxide release layer (230) formed by mixing a diluent obtained by diluting solid chlorine dioxide in purified water with an epoxy resin, printing a mixed mixture on the color printing layer (220) through a screen printing scheme to form a mixed layer, and curing the mixed layer at a room temperature, and configured to release a predetermined amount of gaseous chlorine dioxide. In addition, according to the present invention, a chlorine dioxide mixing ratio of a mobile phone-dedicated sticker for which a patent application is previously filed is increased so that a period for attaching and using the sticker is increased by 1.5 times or more, and a conventional method is employed as a method for manufacturing the sticker so that a period of use is increased while maintaining a manufacturing cost. 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 물품 부착용 바이러스 차단 스티커(200)는 휴대용 물품에 부착되는 것으로서, 상기 바이러스 차단 스티커(200)는 상기 휴대용 물품의 일측면 상에 사용자가 주로 파지하는 부위에 부착되되, 전면에 점착제(211)가 도포되고 PVC 또는 PET 재질로 이루어지는 원단(210); 상기 원단(210) 후면 상에 다양한 캐릭터 형상이 인쇄된 칼라인쇄층(220); 및 고상 이산화염소에 정제수를 희석한 희석물과 에폭시 수지를 혼합하고, 혼합된 혼합물을 스크린 인쇄법을 통해 상기 칼라인쇄층(220) 상에 인쇄하여 혼합층을 형성하고, 상기 혼합층을 상온 경화시켜 형성되는, 기상의 이산화염소를 일정량 방출하는 이산화염소 방출층(230);으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 기존에 출원한 휴대폰 전용 스티커의 이산화염소 배합 비율을 높혀 부착하여 사용하는 기간을 1.5배 이상 높일 수 있고, 그에 따른 제조방식은 기존의 방식으로 할 수 있게 하여 제조원가를 그대로 유지하면서도 사용기간을 높인 현격한 효과를 갖는 특징이 있다.
