Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is to provide a reconstituted chicken rib with improved appearance and texture. The present invention provides the reconstituted chicken rib which comprises: a chicken thigh having a bond cut to be externally exposed in the longitudinal direction on a front surface thereof and having a skin attached to a rear surface thereof; a chicken breast having a rear surface of one end corresponding to a width length of the chicken thigh coupled thereto so as to extend in the longitudinal direction to a front surface of one end of the chicken thigh parallel to the bone; and a meat adhesive layer adhered with a meat adhesive so that the front surface of the one end of the chicken thigh and the rear side of the one end of the chicken breast overlap each other to be coupled.
