Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides an explosion-proofing light apparatus with an RF antenna to quickly dissipate heat generated from an RF antenna to the outside. According to the present invention, the explosion-proofing light apparatus comprises: a housing providing a space in which an LED circuit board is installed; a heat sink plate formed in the housing to dissipate heat generated from the LED circuit board to the outside; a power supply means formed on the outer surface of the housing and supplying operating power while maintaining a sealed state to the LED circuit board; a power supply means bracket installed on the outer surface of the housing to maintain the power supply means at a predetermined distance spaced apart from the heat sink; a light transmission plate closing the inner space of the housing and transmitting the light of the LED circuit board; an RF antenna formed by being bonded to the inner edge of the light transmission plate, connected to the power supply means, and having an RF antenna pattern printed thereon to receive RF signals transmitted from the outside or transmit an RF signal to the outside to control operation of RF communication devices formed in an explosion hazard location; an explosion-proof sealing member mounted on the inner edge of the housing while covering the edge of the light transmission plate to seal the light transmission plate and the inner space of the housing, thereby providing an effect of an explosion-proof function; and a fixed cover body fixed to the lower surface of the housing while covering and supporting the outer surface of the explosion-proof sealing member so that the explosion-proof sealing member, the RF antenna, and the light transmission plate are fixed to the housing.
본 발명에 의하면, LED회로기판이 설치되는 공간을 제공하는 하우징; 하우징에 구성되어 LED회로기판의 발열이 외부로 방열되도록 하는 방열판; 하우징의 외면에 구성되고 LED회로기판에 밀폐 상태를 유지하면서 동작전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단; 하우징의 외면에 설치되어 전원공급수단이 방열판에 소정거리 이격된 상태를 유지하도록 하는 전원공급수단브라켓; 하우징의 내부 공간을 폐쇄하고 LED회로기판의 빛을 투과시키는 투광판; 투광판의 내면 가장자리에 접착 구성되고 전원공급수단에 연결되어 외부로부터 전달되는 RF신호를 수신하거나 외부에 RF신호를 송신하는 RF안테나패턴이 인쇄되어 폭발 위험 장소에 구성된 RF통신장치들이 동작 제어되도록 하는 RF안테나; 투광판의 가장자리를 커버하면서 하우징의 내면 가장자리에 안착되어 투광판과 하우징 내부 공간이 밀폐되도록 하여 방폭 기능을 제공하는 방폭용 실링부재; 및 방폭용 실링부재의 외면을 커버 지지하면서 하우징의 저면에 고정되어 방폭용 실링부재, RF안테나 및 투광판이 하우징에 고정되도록 하는 고정커버체를 포함하는 RF안테나를 가지는 방폭용 조명등기구가 제공된다. |
