METHOD APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING SERVICES OF SELLING FINANCIAL PRODUCTS BASED ON FACE-TO-FACE RECORDING

An objective of the present invention is to provide a system for providing services of selling financial products, wherein the system facilitates face-to-face recording in the process of selling financial products and can verify the duty to notify incomplete sales. The system for providing services of selling financial products which a user of a financial company sells to customers comprises: a terminal of a user; a face-to-face recording operating system server including a face-to-face recording execution unit and a voice conversion unit; and a trunk system server of a financial company including a product management unit and a storage unit. The face-to-face recording operating system server and the trunk system server can communicate through an internal network of the financial company. The terminal of the user can communicate with the face-to-face recording operating system server and the trunk system server through the internal network or an external network.
