WELDING JIG MODULE

The present invention relates to a welding jig module, and more particularly to the welding jig module comprising: a jig module for fixing a welding member, a socket part coupled to the jig module, and a welding member fitted to the socket part, wherein the jig module includes a support part, a tilting part fitted to the support part, and a disk part having a disk shape and being coupled to the tilting part in contact with the tilting part. The disc part is rotatable, but magnetic when energized, and the disc part is formed with a protrusion part to position the welding member in the center. The socket part is fitted and coupled to the protrusion part to fix the welding member. The welding jig module of the present invention has an effect of securing the robustness of welding. 본 발명은 용접지그 모듈에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 용접부재를 고정시키는 지그 모듈, 지그 모듈에 결합되는 소켓부, 소켓부에 끼워지는 용접부재를 포함하고, 지그 모듈은, 지지부, 지지부에 끼움 결합되는 틸팅부 및 원판 형상이되 틸팅부에 맞닿아 결합되는 원판부를 포함하고, 원판부는 회전 가능하되, 통전 시 자성을 띠고, 원판부는 용접부재를 중앙에 위치시키도록 돌출부가 형성되고, 소켓부는 상기 돌출부에 끼워 맞춤 결합되어 상기 용접부재를 고정시킨다.
