Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a treatment device which can relieve and treat pain by conveniently being worn on a painful joint, such as a tennis elbow or a golf elbow, and more specifically, to a device for treating lateral/medial epicondylitis using deep transverse friction massage and infrared ray irradiation, which can relieve and treat pain through local deep transverse friction massage and infrared ray irradiation on a tendon attachment part of a portion where lateral or medial epicondylitis has occurred. 본 발명은 테니스 엘보우(tennis elbow)나 골프 엘보우(golf elbow) 등과 같이 통증이 있는 관절 부위에 간편하게 착용하여 통증을 완화하고 치료할 수 있는 치료기에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 외측 또는 내측 상과염이 발생된 부위의 힘줄 부착부를 국소적인 심부 횡마찰을 통한 마사지와 적외선 조사를 통해 통증을 완화하고 치료할 수 있는 심부 횡마찰과 적외선을 이용한 외내측 상과염 치료기에 관한 것이다.
