Manufacturing apparatus for a gradient solid cosmetics and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing solid-phase cosmetics having a gradation effect that allows solid-phase cosmetics to exhibit intuitive color pigmentation, by imparting a gradation effect that displays a color change process from a first color to another color by controlling a mixing ratio of a plurality of colors. The apparatus for manufacturing solid-phase cosmetics having a gradation effect according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of hoppers that accommodate raw materials of different colors; a plurality of supply units that supply the raw materials accommodated in the plurality of hoppers, respectively, while changing the mixing ratio thereof; a mixing unit that mixes the raw materials of different colors which have been supplied through the plurality of supply units; a nozzle that injects the raw materials which have been mixed in the mixing unit into a mold; an ascending/descending device unit that moves the supply unit and the nozzle in a vertical direction; and a transporting plate that supports and rotates the mold, thereby enabling the raw materials to be uniformly injected into the mold. 본 발명은 고체상 그라데이션 화장품 제조장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 각기 다른 색상의 원료를 수용하는 다수의 호퍼와, 복수의 상기 호퍼에 수용된 원료를 개별적으로 공급하되, 상기 원료의 혼합 비율을 변경하여 공급하는 다수의 공급부와, 다수의 상기 공급부를 통해 공급된 서로 다른 색상의 원료를 혼합하는 혼합부와, 상기 혼합부에서 혼합된 원료를 주형에 주입하는 노즐과, 상기 공급부와 상기 노즐을 상하 방향으로 이동시키는 승강장치부와, 상기 주형을 지지함과 아울러 회전시켜 원료가 상기 주형 내에서 균일하게 주입되도록 하는 이송판을 포함한다.
