Biodegradable disposable container composition using fumigation and Manufacturing method thereof

The objective of the present invention is to provide a disposable container using a biodegradable composition whose all constituents are edible natural materials. To this end, a method for manufacturing a biodegradable single-use container according to the present invention comprises the steps of: putting the prepared biodegradable composition for a disposable container into water and mixing; gelatinizing the mixed composition by heating at 80-90℃ while stirring continuously; pouring the gelatinized mixture into a mold for forming a container so as to make the gelatinized mixture paneled; drying the molded container; fumigating the dried container; drying the fumigated container; and repeating fumigation and drying. 본 발명에 따른 생분해성 일회용 용기 제조 방법은, 준비된 생분해성 일회용 용기 조성물들을 물에 넣어 혼합하는 단계; 혼합된 조성물을 저어주면서 80~90℃로 가열하여 호화시키는 단계; 호화된 혼합물을 용기 성형틀에 부어 패널화하는 단계; 성형된 용기를 건조하는 단계; 건조된 용기를 훈증하는 단계; 훈증된 용기를 건조하는 단계 및 훈증과 건조를 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
