More particularly, the present invention relates to a rebuilding system for an existing pipe and a new pipe rebuilding method using the same that can promote reconstruction regardless of the installation location of the existing pipe, and recover the existing pipe without leaving any debris when performing crash recovery, and is improved to sufficiently cope with even if the surrounding soil is placer or rock.
