More particularly, the present invention relates to a rebuilding system for an existing pipe and a new pipe rebuilding method using the same that can promote reconstruction regardless of the installation location of the existing pipe, and recover the existing pipe without leaving any debris when performing crash recovery, and is improved to sufficiently cope with even if the surrounding soil is placer or rock. 본 발명은 기설관의 리빌드 시스템 및 이를 이용한 신설관 리빌드공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기설관의 부설위치에 관계없이 개축 추진이 가능하고, 기설관의 파쇄 회수시 파편을 남기지 않고 회수할 수 있으며, 주변토질이 사금이나 암반이어도 충분히 대응할 수 있도록 개선된 기설관의 리빌드 시스템 및 이를 이용한 신설관 리빌드공법에 관한 것이다.
