고기 구이판

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a grilling plate in which grooves are formed for trivet support legs to be fitted in a protrusion unit of the same length protruding from a lower part of the grilling plate, and a groove on the side of a discharge hole is formed deeper than the groove on the opposite side so that the grilling plate is placed at an angle on a portable gas stove; and in which an oil drip tray unit formed around a convex center where meat is placed is inclined toward the discharge hole, so that oil of the oil drip tray unit is effectively discharged through the discharge hole even if the grilling plate is placed horizontally over a small-sized brazier using solid fuel. 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 구이판의 하부에 돌출형성된 동일한 길이의 돌출부에 삼발이 받침다리가 끼워지는 홈을 형성하되 상기 배출공 쪽의 홈을 반대쪽 홈보다 깊게 형성하여 구이판이 휴대용 가스렌지 위에 경사지게 놓여지도록 하고, 고기가 놓여지는 볼록한 가운데의 주변에 형성된 기름받이부를 배출공을 향해 경사지게 형성하여 구이판이 고체연료를 사용하는 작은 사이즈의 화로에 걸쳐져 수평상태로 놓이더라도 기름받이부의 기름이 배출공을 통해 효과적으로 배출되도록 한 고기 구이판을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
