More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having effects of relieving skin irritation and anti-inflammation by containing a Cynanchum atratum extract and an Alcea rosea extract in a weight ratio of 7 to 9.5 : 3 to 0.5. 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 백미꽃 및 접시꽃 추출물을 포함하여 피부 및 두피 자극 완화 효과가 우수하며, 또한 항염 효능을 갖는 효과가 있고, 수입 대체로 인해 경제성이 우수하다.
