Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a marker for predicting the risk of hepatic fibrosis and an information providing method using the same, and specifically, relates to a marker for predicting the risk of hepatic fibrosis which performs regression analysis using a combination of CSF3R, JAK2, MAP3K14, MAPK8IP2, and SOX17 gene markers to obtain a predictive score for hepatic fibrosis, and performs determination with respect to the risk of the hepatic fibrosis so that the risk according to stages of the hepatic fibrosis is classified with high sensitivity and specificity to be predicted; and an information providing method using the same.
본 발명은 간 섬유화 위험도 예측용 마커 및 그를 이용하는 정보제공방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, CSF3R, JAK2, MAP3K14, MAPK8IP2 및 SOX17 유전자 마커 조합을 이용한 회귀분석을 수행하여 간 섬유화 예측 점수를 구하고 간 섬유화 위험도에 대한 판별이 수행됨으로써, 높은 민감도 및 특이도로 간 섬유화 단계에 따른 위험도를 구분하여 예측할 수 있는 간 섬유화 위험도 예측용 마커 및 그를 이용하는 정보제공방법에 관한 것이다. |
