Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for selecting a leader controller in a decentralized software-defined network. The method includes the steps of: calculating a stability value for mobility of each of a plurality of controller nodes; generating a two-layer virtual loop in and out of a plurality of domains based on the calculated stability value; and synchronizing information about each node in and out of the plurality of domains based on the two-layer virtual loop.
