Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for cultivating green bean sprouts, which includes: a first step (S10) of forming a liquid mixture by mixing water with a mixed extract obtained by extraction after mixing of a main material group containing omega-3, a first auxiliary material group of oriental medicine ingredients, and a second auxiliary material group inhibiting harmful bacteria; a second step (S20) of removing the liquid mixture when beans sprout after accommodating the beans in the liquid mixture of the first step (S10); a third step (S30) of supplying light for a certain period of time with the beans sprouted in the second step (S20) accommodated in a tray paper for sprout growth promotion; and a fourth step (S40) of performing green bean sprout cultivation, in which a green bean sprout nutrient prepared by mixing water with the mixed extract is sprayed onto the sprout-grown beans of the third step (S30) for a set period of time every day and the spraying is frequently performed until immediately before shipment. According to the present invention, nutritious green bean sprouts can be cultivated by constant and continuous light supply unlike in the case of general bean sprouts and, in that process, sufficient absorption and storage are performed of components such as omega-3 as a nutrient essential to the human body, aspartic acid inhibiting or preventing alcoholic hepatitis, endocrine disorders, and so on, and genistein as an excellent inflammatory kidney disease preventer. In addition, the green bean sprouts for diabetes alleviation and considerable anti-cancer effect and immunity enhancement are significantly effectively cultivated, and thus considerable human health improvement can be achieved.
본 발명은 초록콩나물을 재배하는 방법에 있어서: 오메가-3을 함유한 주재료군과 한방재료의 제1 부재료군 및 유해균을 억제하는 제2 부재료군을 믹싱(mixing)하여 추출한 혼합추출물에 물을 혼합하여 혼합액상물을 형성하는 제1단계(S10); 제1단계(S10)의 혼합액상물에 콩을 수용한 뒤, 콩에 싹이 트면 혼합액상물을 제거하는 제2단계(S20); 제2단계(S20)에서 싹이 튼 콩을 채반지에 수용한 상태에서 일정기간 빛을 공급하여 싹이 자라도록 북돋아 주는 제3단계(S30); 싹이 자란 제3단계(S30)의 콩에 혼합추출물과 물을 혼합하여 조성된 초록콩나물용 영양제물을 매일 정해진 일정시간동안 제3단계의 콩에 뿌려주되 출하되기 직전까지 수시 분사하여 초록콩나물을 재배하는 제4단계(S40);를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명에 의하면, 일반적인 콩나물과는 다르게 끊임없는 빛의 연속공급에 의해 영양가가 높은 초록콩나물을 재배하는 과정에서 인체에 필요불가결한 영양소로 자리매김 되고 있는 오메가-3와 알콜성 간염 및 내분비 장애 등을 억제하거나 예방하는 아스파라긴산, 염증성 신장병 예방에 탁월한 효능을 가진 제니스테인 등의 성분을 충분하게 흡수 · 저장토록 하는 한편, 당뇨에 도움 주면서도 항암효과와 면역력을 크게 강화시킬 수 있는 초록콩나물을 의미 있게 효과적으로 재배하도록 함에 따라 인체의 건강을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다. |
