Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a foam insulation foaming device for on-site construction, wherein mortar is passed through a rotation induction device containing a cylindrical rotating body, which can be rotated using a non-powered method by the moving pressure of the mortar, in the process of supplying the mortar for secondary mixture with the primary mixture of compressed air and a foaming agent to foam and construct foam insulation on the site, thereby preventing a mortar supply pipe or a mixer from clogging during the movement of the mortar, and the mortar can be supplied with constant pressure to maintain the mixture ratio thereof to be constant when mixed with the compressed air and the foaming agent, thereby maintaining the quality of the foam insulation to be uniform. Accordingly, provided is a foam insulation foaming device for on-site construction, wherein the malfunction of the device and decrease in the lifetime thereof, which are caused by a change in a load for supplying mortar, can be solved.
본 발명은 현장시공용 거품단열재 발포장치에 관한 것으로, 현장에서 거품단열재를 발포 시공하기 위해 1차 혼합된 압축공기와 기포제에 2차 혼합하기 위해 몰타르를 공급하는 과정에서 몰타르의 이동압력에 의해 비동력식으로 회전가능한 원기둥 형상의 회전체가 내장되는 회전유도기를 통과시켜 몰타르가 이동 중 몰타르 공급관이나 혼합기가 막히는 것을 방지할 수 있고 균일한 압력으로 몰타르를 공급하여 압축공기 및 기포제와 혼합시 혼합비율을 일정하게 유지할 수 있어 거품단열재의 품질을 균일하게 유지할 수 있고 이로 인해 몰타르 공급을 위한 부하 변동으로 인한 장치의 고장 및 수명 단축을 해소할 수 있는 현장시공용 거품단열재 발포장치를 제공한다. |
