Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a ship accident response system equipped with a buoyancy assistance device to respond to fire accidents and flood accidents of ships, but to maintain survivability as much as possible by delaying capsizing in the event of loss of ship stability after a flood accident by using a buoyancy support body in case of the flood accident. According to the present invention, to implement an auxiliary buoyancy system of a ship, the ship accident response system comprises: an accident response device which monitors the status of safety-related equipment for safe operation of the ship in real time, determines an occurred accident by searching a preset accident determination database by simulating an accident damage range according to the type and spread of the accident based on information on real-time monitoring, responds to the determined accident, and if the accident that occurred is a flood accident, controls the capsizing delay when the ship loses its stability through buoyancy assistance; and an auxiliary buoyancy device which activates the buoyancy support body installed in the ship under the control of the accident response device to generate auxiliary buoyancy, and supports the stability of the ship with the generated auxiliary buoyancy to delay the capsizing of the ship. 선박의 화재사고 및 침수사고에 대응하되, 침수사고시 부력 보조체를 이용하여 침수사고 발생 후 선박 복원성 상실시 전복을 지연시켜 생존성을 최대한 유지시킬 수 있도록 한 부력보조장치를 구비한 선박 사고대응시스템에 관한 것으로서, 선박 안전운항을 위한 안전 관련 장비들의 상태를 실시간 모니터링하고, 실시간 모니터링한 정보를 기초로 사고의 종류와 확산범위에 따른 사고 피해 범위를 시뮬레이션하여 미리 설정된 사고 판단 데이터베이스를 검색하여 발생한 사고를 판단 및 판단한 사고에 대응하며, 발생한 사고가 침수사고일 경우 부력 보조를 통해 선박 복원성 상실시 전복(Capsizing) 지연을 제어하는 사고대응장치 및 사고대응장치의 제어에 따라 선내에 설치된 부력 보조체를 활성화시켜 보조 부력을 생성하고, 생성한 보조 부력으로 선박 복원성을 보조하여 선박 전복을 지연시키는 부력보조장치를 포함하여, 선박의 보조 부력시스템을 구현한다.
