Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a needle structure for semi-permanent makeup with reduced motor vibration, and more specifically, to a needle structure for semi-permanent makeup with reduced motor vibration comprising: a driving unit; a driving force transmitting unit; and an ink supplying unit. The driving unit provides rotation driving force by converting electrical energy applied to a driving motor into mechanical energy. The driving force transmitting unit includes: a cam which is connected to the driving motor with a pulley member and a driving rod which is combined with a front end of a driving shaft of the cam; and positions the driving rod in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the driving shaft, converts the rotation driving force of the driving motor into linear reciprocating motion, and transmits the same to the driving rod. The ink supplying unit is connected to an ink cartridge in which ink for the semi-permanent makeup is stored at a front end of the driving rod, and detaches a needle unit for injecting the ink for the semi-permanent makeup into skin of a person to be treated in one side of a lower end of the ink cartridge. One or more connection frames for maintaining a connecting state and a connecting position of the driving unit, the driving force transmitting unit, and the ink supplying unit are included in the needle structure for semi-permanent makeup with reduced motor vibration. The present invention improves convenience of procedure work of an operator.
본 발명은 모터 진동이 저감된 반영구화장용 니들 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 구동 모터에 인가되는 전기 에너지를 기계 에너지로 전환하여 회전 구동력을 제공하도록 하는 구동부; 구동 모터와 풀리 부재로 연결되는 캠(Cam)과, 캠의 원동축의 선단에 결합되는 구동 로드를 포함하되, 구동 로드를 원동축의 연장 방향에 수직한 방향에 위치시켜 구동 모터의 회전 구동력을 직선왕복운동으로 변환하여 구동 로드로 전달하는 구동력 전달부; 및, 구동 로드의 선단에는 반영구화장용 잉크가 저장된 잉크 카트리지가 체결되고, 잉크 카트리지의 하단 일 측에는 시술대상자의 피부로 반영구화장용 잉크를 주입시키기 위한 니들 유닛이 착탈 방식으로 결합되어 있는 잉크 공급부;를 포함하고, 모터 진동이 저감된 반영구화장용 니들 구조체에는, 구동부, 구동력 전달부 및 잉크 공급부의 체결 상태 및 체결위치를 유지시키기 위한 하나 이상의 체결 프레임이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
