Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a pipe waterproofing portion, which comprises: a first mold which forms a spherical inner space by combining a lower mold and an upper mold and provided with a connection hole formed in an upper side of the upper mold; a second mold having a pipe structure and connected to an upper part of the connection hole; and a third mold inserted into an inner space formed by the combination of the first mold and the second mold, wherein the third mold is connected to the second mold to form a separation distance from inner walls of the first mold and the second mold. According to an embodiment, it is possible to easily manufacture a pipe waterproofing portion for preventing water from leaking from a pipe by injecting air. 본 발명은 하부 몰드와 상부 몰드의 결합으로 구형의 내부공간을 형성하며, 상기 상부 몰드 상측에 형성되는 연결홀을 구비하는 제1 몰드, 상기 연결홀의 상부에 연결되는 관구조의 제2 몰드, 상기 제1 몰드와 상기 제2 몰드의 결합으로 형성되는 내부공간으로 삽입되는 제3 몰드를 포함하며, 상기 제3 몰드는 상기 제1 몰드 및 상기 제2 몰드의 내벽과 이격거리를 형성하도록 상기 제2 몰드와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관 차수부 제작장치를 제공한다.
