Zusammenfassung:A multi-element co-doped graphene quantum dot according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a graphene quantum dot; and two or more elements doped onto the graphene quantum dot. According to embodiments of the present invention, the graphene quantum dot co-doped with heterogeneous elements exhibits excellent catalytic activity and supercapacitor properties, so that it can be utilized as an electrode catalyst for water electrolysis or a supercapacitor electrode. 본 발명의 실시예에 있어서 다종 원소가 공동-도핑된 그래핀 양자점은, 그래핀 양자점; 상기 그래핀 양자점에 도핑된 2종 이상의 원소를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 이종 원소가 공동-도핑된 그래핀 양자점은 우수한 촉매 활성 및 슈퍼 커패시터 특성을 나타내어 수전해용 전극 촉매 또는 슈퍼 커패시터 전극으로 활용할 수 있다.
