Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a thin film solar cell capable of generating electrical energy using sunlight, and a method for manufacturing the same. The thin film solar cell comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode disposed to face each other; a light absorber layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and formed of tin sulfide (SnS); a first buffer layer disposed between the light absorber layer and the first electrode and forming p-n bonding by contacting with the light absorber layer; and a second buffer layer disposed between the first buffer layer and the first electrode and formed of zinc-magnesium oxide containing a crystalline zinc oxide phase and an amorphous magnesium oxide phase.
