Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a system for diagnosis of infectious disease and quarantine management in a facility. The system includes: at least one affiliated store terminal which uploads affiliated store data including animal data of at least one type of animal resident or managed to apply for a diagnostic management service; and a diagnosis management service providing server includes: a registration unit for receiving an application event for applying for the diagnostic management service of at least one affiliated store terminal, and mapping and storing the animal data of at least one affiliated store terminal and at least one kind of animal; a receiving unit which receives a result of testing a pathogen from a sample in an affiliated facility; and a reporting unit which reports to at least one related institution server, if a pre-specified legal infectious disease is output as positive according to the test result.
