Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are an odor removing device and an odor removing method using the same capable of removing odors by being applied to livestock excreata, and adsorbing and oxidizing ammonia methane, etc. The odor removing device of the present invention comprises: an ozone oxidation tank; and an adsorption tank. The ozone oxidation tank oxidizes odor gas by including an oxidation housing in which an inlet and an outlet are formed, and an ultraviolet lamp which is positioned inside the oxidation housing. The adsorption tank is horizontally connected to the ozone oxidation tank and includes: an adsorption housing in which an inlet and an outlet are formed, and a porous ceramic deodorant which is positioned inside the adsorption housing. Since remaining odors after being removed in the ozone oxidation tank and ozone occurring in the ozone oxidation tank are transferred to the adsorption tank, the odors adsorbed to the porous ceramic deodorant of the adsorption tank are oxidized by the ozone. In a reactive pipe in which the ultraviolet lamp is installed, remaining ozone and the remaining odors after oxidation reaction are transferred to the adsorption tank of a back end are not extracted to the outside.
축사 분뇨 등에 적용하여 암모니아, 메탄 등을 흡착 산화하여 악취를 제거하는 악취 제거장치 및 악취 제거방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 악취 제거장치는 인입구와 인출구가 형성된 산화하우징 및 상기 산화하우징의 내부에 위치하는 자외선램프를 포함하여 악취가스를 산화하는 오존산화조; 및 상기 오존산화조와 수평 연결되며, 인입구와 인출구가 형성된 흡착하우징 및 상기 흡착하우징의 내부에 위치하는 다공성 세라믹 탈취제를 포함하는 흡착조를 포함하며, 상기 오존산화조에서 제거 후에 잔존하는 악취와 오존산화조에서 발생한 오존이 상기 흡착조로 이송되어서, 흡착조의 다공성 세라믹 탈취제에 흡착된 악취가 오존에 의하여 산화되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 자외선램프가 설치된 반응형 배관에서 산화반응 후 잔류오존, 잔류 악취는 후단의 흡착조가 구비된 흡착조로 이송되어 외부추출이 없다. |
