Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a wearable emergency alarm system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wearable emergency alarm system comprises: a watch including a main body and a watch strap detachable from the watch and detecting an abnormal state according to a wearing state of a user to send an emergency alarm; a user terminal paired with the watch, receiving the emergency alarm from the watch, and sending an emergency occurrence alarm including current location information; and an institution server receiving the emergency occurrence alarm from the user terminal, requesting emergency confirmation to the user terminal, and alarming an emergency call-out if unconfirmed. 웨어러블 비상 알람 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 웨어러블 비상 알람 시스템은 본체와 본체로부터 분리가능한 시계줄을 포함하며 사용자의 착용상태에 따라 이상상태를 감지하여 긴급상황 알람을 전송하는 시계, 시계와 페어링되며 시계로부터 긴급상황 알람을 수신하여 현재 위치 정보를 포함하는 긴급상황 발생 알람을 전송하는 사용자 단말, 및 사용자 단말로부터 긴급상황 발생 알람을 수신하고 사용자 단말로 긴급상황 확인을 요청하며 미확인시 긴급출동을 알람하는 기관 서버를 포함한다.
