Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a parking management system for street parking lots. In accordance with the present invention, even without the installation of attached equipment such as a vehicle sensing means, a number recognition means, an unmanned calculation means or the like, only an entry camera and an exit camera installed in front and rear roads of a street parking lot are used to automate vehicle entry/exit, vehicle number recognition, parking fee calculation and parking fee payment procedures of the street parking lot, thereby embodying an unmanned automation system for the street parking lot to reduce manpower consumption and expenditure as well as considerably reduce costs for installation and management, and minimizing an unnecessary waste of time of drivers using the street parking lot, which can lead to the maximization of service convenience and efficiency. Moreover, a controller compares vehicle numbers of entering and leaving vehicles to detect a parking starting vehicle while compares vehicle numbers of leaving vehicles and vehicles in a parking status list to detect a parking end vehicle, thereby accurately recognizing the vehicle entry/exit of the street parking lot and vehicle numbers of entering and leaving vehicles through simple calculation processing. 본 발명은 노상주차장의 각 주차면에 차량감지수단, 번호인식수단, 무인정산수단 등의 부속설비를 설치하지 않아도, 노상주차장의 전후방의 도로에 설치되는 진입카메라 및 진출카메라만을 이용하여, 노상주차장의 차량 진입/진출, 차량번호 인식, 주차요금정산 및 주차요금결제가 자동으로 이루어지도록 구성됨으로써 노상주차장의 무인 자동화 시스템 구현이 가능하여 인력소모 및 비용을 절감시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 설치 및 운영비용을 현저히 절감시킬 수 있으며, 노상주차장을 이용하는 운전자의 불필요한 시간소모를 최소화시켜 서비스 편의성 및 효율성을 극대화시킬 수 있고, 컨트롤러가 진입차량과 진출차량의 차량번호들을 비교하여 주차개시차량을 검출함과 동시에 진출차량과 주차현황리스트의 차량번호들을 비교하여 주차종료차량을 검출하도록 구성됨으로써 간단한 연산처리로 노상주차장의 차량진입/진출과 진입/진출차량의 번호를 정확하게 인식할 수 있는 노상주차장 주차관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
