Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is an end mill in which a cutting edge made of a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) material is combined. According to the present invention, the end mill is equipped with a cutting edge piece made of polycrystalline diamond material that forms the side cutting edge and end teeth, so that slotting and side milling as well as drilling are possible. In addition, the end mill is designed to reduce the cutting load applied to the first cutting edge (cutting edge piece) that forms the end teeth passing through a central axis of rotation, thereby minimizing the risk of breakage in high-speed machining of composite materials. 다결정다이아몬드 소재의 절삭날이 결합된 엔드밀이 개시된다. 본 발명의 엔드밀은 옆날과 밑날을 형성하는 다결정다이아몬드(PCD) 소재의 절삭날 조각을 구비하여 슬로팅, 사이드 밀링뿐만 아니라 드릴링 가공이 가능하며, 회전 중심축을 지나는 밑날을 형성하는 제1 절삭날(절삭날 조각)에 가해지는 절삭 부하를 줄이도록 설계되어 복합소재 등의 고속 가공에서 파손의 위험을 최소화할 수 있다.
