The present invention relates to an installation structure of a handrail, which can be simply assembled and installed and can significantly improve stability. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a central pipe which is uprightly fixed on the bottom of a deck, and has a first bar installation hole perforated in a slit shape in a longitudinal direction at the height at which a horizontal bar is installed; a one-direction connecting bar which is fixed by being inserted into the central pipe in a transverse direction through the first bar installation hole, has a first location fixing groove disposed to be coupled to the first bar installation hole, and has a connection hole perforated at one end or both ends thereof; a pair of post covers which are respectively covered on the outside of the both sides of the central pipe, and have a first penetration hole disposed such that the one-direction connecting bar may be inserted thereinto; a post cover fixing means which fixes the upper end and the lower end of the post covers; and a first horizontal bar which is connected to the one-direction connecting bar. 본 발명은 조립 설치가 간단하며 안전성이 크게 개선된 난간의 설치구조에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은, 데크의 바닥에 직립 고정되는 것으로서 가로바가 설치되는 높이에 세로방향으로 제1바설치공이 슬릿 형태로 타공되어 있는 중심관; 상기 제1바설치공을 통해 상기 중심관에 횡방향으로 끼워져 고정되는 것으로서, 상기 제1바설치공에 결합되는 제1위치고정홈이 마련되어 있으며 일단 또는 양단에는 연결공이 타공되어 있는 일방향연결바; 상기 중심관의 양측 외부에 각각 씌워지는 것으로서 상기 일방향연결바가 끼워지는 제1관통공이 마련되어 있는 한쌍의 포스트커버; 상기 포스트커버의 상단 및 하단을 고정하는 포스트커버고정수단; 및 상기 일방향연결바에 연결되는 제1가로바;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
