Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a functional cosmetic composition comprising a fermented herb as an active ingredient and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to a functional cosmetic composition having antioxidant, skin whitening, anti-inflammatory, and wrinkle reduction properties and comprising a fermented product of Centella asiatica, Artemisia annua, Melaleuca alternifolia leaf, Glycyrrhiza glabra, and Salix alba bark as a main ingredient, and a method for manufacturing the same. The functional cosmetic composition according to the present invention, which has an excellent skin improvement effect, is expected to be effectively used in the cosmetics field. 본 발명은 허브 발효물 유효성분으로 포함하는 기능성 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 병풀, 청호, 티트리잎, 감초, 및 흰버드나무껍질의 발효물을 주성분으로 하는 피부 항산화, 미백, 항염, 및 주름 억제 기능성 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 피부 기능성 효과가 매우 우수하므로, 미용 분야에서 크게 이용될 것으로 기대된다.
