Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system and method for supporting a doctor-patient treatment consultation. The system provides a voice consultation service to a patient or a guardian and at the same time, after extracting medically meaningful information such as a medical history, a symptom progress, and a medication status of the patient from the voice consultation, generates a medical consultation report based on the extracted information, and not only maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of the treatment consultation when compared with the same treatment time by providing the same to a medical staff and the patient but also accordingly increases the accuracy and reliability of a diagnosis and prescription of a doctor, thereby improving the satisfaction and medication compliance for the treatment consultation of the patient, and reducing the social medical costs for treating the patient with the chronic disease. 본 발명은 환자 또는 보호자에게 음성상담 서비스를 제공함과 동시에 음성상담으로부터 환자의 병력, 증상 경과, 투약 상황 등과 같이 의학적으로 유의미한 정보들을 추출한 후, 추출된 정보들을 기반으로 의료용 상담 리포트를 생성하여 이를 의료진 및 환자에게 제공함으로써 동일진료시간 대비 진료상담의 효율성 및 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이에 따른 의사 진단 및 처방의 정확성 및 신뢰도가 증가하며, 환자의 진료상담에 대한 만족도 및 복약 순응도가 개선되며, 만성질환자 치료에 대한 사회적 의료비용을 절감시킬 수 있는 의사-환자의 진료상담 지원 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
