The present invention relates to an organic semiconductor compound and an organic electronic device comprising the same. The present invention provides an organic semiconductor compound capable of absorbing a larger amount of photons and improving their mobility at the same time, a novel polymer. The organic semiconductor compound according to the present invention can realize excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency when combined with a fullerene-based compound, or even when combined with an electron acceptor, such as a non-fullerene-based compound.
