Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a device for sterilizing a gate using pneumatic pressure. An object of the present invention is to sterilize a gate by using a plastic bottle without power. That is, the present invention is provided with a gate sterilization device using pneumatic compression pressure that sprays disinfectant from the upper portion of the gate by a pneumatic plastic bottle type to the gate. A plastic bottle-type gate sterilization device comprises: a disinfection nozzle part provided to spray a disinfectant solution from the upper portion of the gate to the gate; a disinfectant solution supply pipe provided to supply the disinfectant solution to the disinfection nozzle part; a disinfection valve provided so that a user can control spraying for disinfection in the disinfectant solution supply pipe or the disinfection nozzle part; a cap coupling part connected to the disinfectant supply pipe on one side of the gate and provided so that a disinfecting plastic bottle can be coupled; a disinfecting plastic bottle provided to store the disinfectant solution; a plastic cap coupled to the disinfecting plastic bottle and provided so that the disinfectant solution is discharged and compressed air is introduced; a disinfectant discharge pipe protruding from the cap coupling part and coupled to the plastic cap; a discharge pipe coupling hole formed so that the disinfectant solution discharge pipe can be coupled to the plastic cap; a discharge limiting valve provided to control the disinfectant solution not to be discharged before the disinfectant solution discharge pipe is coupled to a discharge pipe coupling port; an air filling tube that protrudes from the plastic cap and protrudes to inject compressed air into the disinfecting plastic bottle; and an air injection tube provided so that air is injected to the inside of the plastic cap of the air filling tube and the disinfectant solution does not flow out. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of sterilizing a gate by using a plastic bottle without power.
본 발명은 공압축압을 이용한 게이트 소독장치에 관한 것으로서, 게이트를 무동력에 의하여 패트병을 활용하여 소독할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 게이트에 공압 패트병형에 의하여 소독제를 게이트의 상부에서 분무하는 공압축압을 이용한 게이트 소독장치를 구비하되, 패트병형 게이트 소독장치는 게이트의 상부에서 게이트로 소독액을 분무할 수 있게 구비되는 소독노즐부와 상기 소독노즐부로 소독액을 공급할 수 있게 구비되는 소독액공급관, 상기 소독액공급관 또는 소독노즐부에 소독에 분무를 사용자가 제어할 수 있게 구비되는 소독밸브, 상기 게이트의 일측에 소독액공급관과 연결되고 소독패트병이 결합될 수 있게 구비되는 캡결합부, 소독액을 저장할 수 있게 구비되는 소독패트병, 상기 소독패트병에 결합되어 소독액의 배출과 압축공기의 유입이 이루어지도록 구비되는 패트캡, 상기 캡결합부에서 돌출 |
