Apparatus for enhancementing personal information security and method thereof

Disclosed are an apparatus for enhancing personal information security and a method thereof for providing a desktop application wherein a hybrid application format is applied for a webview type application or a website with fragile security so as to provide a user interface according to a user experience in a mobile terminal even in the desktop, thereby increasing user satisfaction.
