By penetrating a coupling hole with a female screw in the traffic light body in the vertical direction, the floor-type pedestrian traffic lights may be constructed using a construction tool having a male screw combined with the female screw. 본 발명은, 바닥에 설치된 베이스와; 베이스 상에 상하로 끼워지는 방식으로 결합되며 광을 이용한 신호 정보를 상방으로 표출할 수 있게 구성된 신호등 본체를 포함하고, 신호등 본체에 암나사를 가진 결합 구멍이 상하 방향으로 관통됨으로써, 암나사와 결합되는 수나사를 가진 시공용 공구를 이용하여 시공할 수 있는, 바닥형 보행 신호등을 제공한다.
