The present invention relates to a welfare mall service providing system, which is to provide a welfare mall service for enterprise executives and staff members that is closed-end and always operated via an operator. The present invention includes: an access right granting unit granting an access right to a user; a point settlement unit giving a welfare point to the user and settling the welfare point in accordance with the user's history of use; a product registration unit registering a product to be sold to the access right-granted user; and a product providing unit providing the product to the access right-allocated user.
