Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purification system and purification method, and a ship including the same, which collects carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide contained in an exhaust gas generated from the ship using a reaction solution to meet the interantional maritime organization (IMO) exhaust gas emission regulations, absorbs the pollutants, converts the pollutants into substances that do not affect the environment, stores the substances, and then transports the substances to land. 본 발명은 IMO 배기가스 배출규제를 충족시킬 수 있도록 선박에서 발생되는 배기가스에 포함된 이산화탄소와 이산화황 및 이산화질소를 반응액을 사용하여 포집하고, 상기 오염물질을 흡수하여 환경에 영향을 주지 않는 물질로 전환하여 저장한 후 육상으로 이송할 수 있는 배기가스 정화시스템과 정화방법 및 이를 포함하는 선박에 관한 것이다.
