Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a tethering method of a newly installed main body unit for an underwater tunnel using a buoy and an anchor plate, a constructing method of an underwater tunnel using the same, and an underwater tunnel constructed by the constructing method. When constructing an underwater tunnel by installing a movable dock on an end of a previously constructed main body of the underwater tunnel and joining and constructing a newly installed main body unit on an end of the previously constructed main body unit while moving the movable dock forward, a fixing cable and an anchor plate are positioned by floating underwater in front of the movable dock by using a buoy for tethering of the newly installed main body unit. The anchor plate is coupled and fixed on the newly installed main body unit by using a work module installed on the movable dock, and the fixing cable is tensioned and fixed to efficiently tether the newly installed main body unit while diving manpower is not deployed or is minimized to construct the underwater tunnel. 본 발명은 수중터널의 기시공(旣施工) 본체 단부에 이동식 독(Movable Dock)을 설치하고 이동식 독을 전방으로 전진시키면서 기시공 본체부의 단부에 "신설 본체부"를 접합 시공하여 수중터널을 시공할 때, 신설 본체부의 테더링(Tethering)을 위하여 고정 케이블과 앵커플레이트를 부표(浮漂)를 이용하여 이동식 독의 전방에 수중 부유시켜 위치해두고, 이동식 독에 설치된 작업모듈을 이용하여 신설 본체부에 앵커플레이트를 결합 고정하고, 고정 케이블을 긴장 정착함으로써, 잠수인력을 투입하지 않거나 최소화시킨 상태로 효율적으로 신설 본체부를 테더링하여 수중터널을 시공하게 되는 "부표와 앵커플레이트를 이용한 수중터널용 신설 본체부의 테더링 방법과 이를 이용한 수중터널 시공방법, 그리고 이러한 시공방법에 의해 구축된 "수중터널"에 관한 것이다.
