A permanent magnetic actuator for a circuit breaker according to the present invention includes: a yoke (15) mounted in a housing (10) fixed to an enclosure of a circuit breaker; a mover rod (20) installed in the yoke (15) to be movable in a straight line; a permanent magnet (30) installed in the central portion of the yoke (15); and a coil (40) linearly driving the mover rod (20) selectively to an input position and a trip position.
