GIMBAP FORMING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a gimbap forming device capable of automatically forming various sizes of gimbap. The present invention includes: a hopper unit (100) disposed above and supplying rice with a stirring blade (101); a roller unit portion (200) forming the rice from the hopper unit (100) into the shape of a sheet with a constant thickness; a cutting unit (300) disposed downstream of the roller unit portion (200) and cutting the rice sheet formed by the roller unit portion (200) to a constant length; a gimbap rolling unit (400) forming a gimbap (10) with a predetermined diameter by receiving center stuffing (12) and outer laver (13) on a rice sheet (11) supplied from the cutting unit (300); and a control unit (500) controlling the operation of the hopper unit (100), the roller unit portion (200), the cutting unit (300), and the gimbap rolling unit (400). 본 발명은 다양한 사이즈의 김밥을 자동으로 성형할 수 있는 김밥 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 상부에 배치되어 교반날개(101)에 의해 밥을 공급하는 호퍼부(100); 상기 호퍼부(100)에서 공급된 밥을 일정한 두께의 시트형상으로 성형하는 롤러유닛부(200); 상기 롤러유닛부(200)의 하류에 배치되어 상기 롤러유닛부(200)에 의해 성형된 밥시트를 일정한 길이로 절단하는 컷팅부(300); 상기 컷팅부(300)에서 공급된 밥시트(11)에, 중심측의 속재료(12) 및 외부측의 김소재(13)를 공급받아 미리 결정된 직경의 김밥(10)을 성형하는 김밥 말이부(400); 및 상기 호퍼부(100), 롤러유닛부(200), 컷팅부(300) 및 김밥 말이부(400)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부(500)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
