APPARATUS FOR ALIGNING BOBBIN AND METHOD FOR ALIGNING BOBBIN USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a device for aligning a bobbin and a method for aligning a bobbin using the same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: moving a fork member including two bobbin supports to a preset height; correcting the position of the fork member so that the bobbin supports can be parallel to a first reference reflection board using first, second and third displacement sensors, which are arranged on the side surface of one bobbin support of the two bobbin supports and using the first reference reflection board which is arranged at the side of a chuck faced with the bobbin supports including the displacement sensors and is placed in a vertical direction; fitting a setting distance by moving the fork member in the direction of the X-axis, which is a horizontal direction; and moving the fork member in the direction of the Z-axis, which is a vertical direction, and in the direction of the Y-axis, which is a horizontal direction, so that the virtual reference central point of a first camera arranged on the side surface of the bobbin support having the displacement sensors placed thereon can correspond to a reference marker arranged on the first reference reflection board.
